Hanging Spot Welder
Description
Hanging spot welder, also known as hang spot welding machine, is composed of welding transformer assembly, controller, pneumatic transmission system, cables, electrode holder and welding balancer, etc. It can be hung on special slide rail and can move at random. With the help of welding balancer, hang spot welding machine is capable of conducting up and down movements. Hanging spot welder is extensively used in automobile, locomotive and building fields, etc.
Features
1. The welding transformer is sealed and poured with epoxy resin, so it features small volume and light weight.
2. Hang spot welding machine has reliable pneumatic transmission system, which guarantees abundant voltage for electrode.
3. Hanging spot welder adopts water cooled cables. It is characterized by compact structure, light weight and convenient operation.
4. Non-inductive (low impedance) coaxial, balancer, X type and C type electrode holders which are suitable for work pieces of different sizes and shapes are available according to clients’ requirements.
5. Timer inside controller controls the welding sequence (pressing, welding, maintaining and ceasing).
6. Two electrode holders can be mounted on the same hanging spot welding machine and conduct welding separately. Therefore, it features high productivity and good welding quality.
