AC Spot Welding Machine
Description
AC spot welding machine or AC spot welder is used to weld together work pieces. It is composed of step-down transformer, current regulator, cooling system and accessories like welding lead and welding handle, etc. It takes two work pieces as two electrodes and makes good use of high temperature in contact resistance to melt metals, thus welding work pieces together. AC spot welding machine includes DN and TN series AC spot welder (projection welder or projection welding machine), which is applicable for welding low carbon steel, stainless steel and some non-ferrous metals.
Advantages of AC Spot Welding Machine
1. Compressed air is employed to perform electrode transmission and pressing, which ensures stable welding pressure.
2. The top electrode makes perpendicular movement and has stable regulation function. The bottom electrode is adjustable at the perpendicular direction.
3. AC spot welding machine or AC spot welder adopts KD or KD3 series controller to control the welding process. Thus, it features high control precision and stable welding quality.
4. The operation is controlled by stepped switch, which is of high production efficiency and low labor strength.
