Classification
Welding production line for auto parts includes the following lines and equipment:
1. Shock Absorber Seam Welding Machine
It consists of four working equipment—special circumferential seam welding equipment for welding liquid storage cylinder of shock absorber, circumferential seam welding machine for welding top cap (one end) of shock absorber, seam welding machine for welding bracket of shock absorber and two ends of top cap, and special arc welding machine with two torches for welding the hook of shock absorber.
2. Fuel Tank Seam Welding Machine
This welding production line is composed of frame, transformer, high-power rectifier, welding controller, electrical mounting plate, foot switch, gate, pneumatic system and water system, etc. The welding equipment is mainly applicable for welding the hooks or hangers on the fuel tank upper shell and clapboard.
3. Welding Production Line for Aluminum Alloy Fuel Tank
It includes six process equipment—special longitudinal seam welding machine of tank shell, circumferential seam welding machine of oil pipes (inlet/outlet) on tank shell, press-mounting machine of baffle, press-mounting machine of end cap, circumferential seam welding equipment for welding end cap of tank shell and leakage test of fuel tank.
4. Welding Production Line for Automobile Gas Storage Tank
Such welding line is composed of four welders—longitudinal seam arc welding machine of gas storage tank, circumferential seam welding machine for welding the nut on end cap of gas storage tank, special circumferential seam welding equipment for welding the nut on gas storage tank, and seam welding device with two torches for welding the end cap of the tank.
5. Welding Production Line for Transmission Shaft
This line is constituted by four welding processes—transmission shaft press-mounting, manual straightening (before welding), automatic straightening (after welding) and automatic double circumferential seams welding process.
6. Car Rear Axle Welding Line
Such welding production line is made up of a complete set of welding machine for rear axle shaft of cars, and double circular seam welding machine for car rear axle.
7. Welding Production Line for SUV and Pickup Drive Axle
It consists of nine welding equipment—longitudinal seam welding machine with four torches for tailor welding axle, circumferential welding machine for axle and drain plug, girth welding device with two welding torches for reinforcing ring and rear cover, double ring seam welder for front axle pipe, assembly tailor welder and electric welding device, circumferential welding machine with four welding torches, double robot welding workstation for axle assembly accessory, hydraulic straightening machine and water leak test machine.
8. Trailer Axle Welding Production Line
This line consists of two welding equipment—seam welding machine with tailor welded backing plate and four welding torches, and robot welding workstation for accessories of axle backing plate.
9. Truck Drive Axle Welding Production Line
It is made up of two equipment—preheating and pressing machine and twin seam welding machine for truck drive axle.
