Description
Welding manipulator is the core of welding center. It is composed of column, beam, and lift mechanism, control system, welding system and lock mechanism, traveling trolley mechanism and rotation mechanism. Thereinto, rotation mechanism, lock mechanism and traveling trolley mechanism are the options of welding mobile manipulator. Customers may choose proper equipment as per the work piece.

Classification
Various welding manipulators are available in TallKee Technology. According to lifting stroke, stretching stroke and loading capacity, they can be divided into light-duty, medium-, heavy duty and extra-heavy welding mobile manipulator. As per the precision of guide rail, such welding equipment can be classified into linear guide rail type (precision type), V guide rail model (standard type) and square guide rail (extra-heavy) manipulator. On the basis of structure, they can be sub-classified into cross type welding manipulator, side hanging manipulator, gantry type and single cantilever model. Manned platforms, beam walking platforms, column ladders and other accessories are optional according to different requirements of clients.

Performance Features
1. The column and cross arms are made of high quality steel. Thus, they are of good rigidity. Welding manipulator adopts column and cross arm with rectangle structure. And its guide rail is made of Q235/45 steel. Therefore, the whole welding mobile manipulator features stable operation with no vibration and horizontal shaking.
2. Such welding manipulator makes use of AC inverter speed regulation from famous brands in the world. The speed is digitally displayed and steplessly adjustable. The parameter can be preset. The inverter has emergency stop, overcurrent, overvoltage and overmoment function.
3. The column rotation mechanism of welding manipulator adopts high precision slewing bearing adopting HRS technology. Column rotation mechanism can be divided into manual and electric type. Its gears are characterized by high precision, flexible rotation and convenient operation. The cross arm of this welding mobile manipulator features low deflection.
4. The cross arm is equipped with anti-fall safety device so as to prevent beam falling.
5. Welding manipulator can combine various welding methods, such as TIG electrodeless argon arc welding, MIG/MAG gas metal arc welding, PAW (plasma arc welding) and SWA (submerged arc welding) methods, etc.
6. The walking trolley takes standard steel rail as its walking track. There are manual and electric trolleys. Brake device is mounted on the operating system. And rail clamping device is installed between the trolley and the track so as to guarantee safety.
7. Manned welding manipulator is equipped with elevating platform which can move with the beam.
8. Such welding mobile manipulator can be connected with auxiliary welding machines like welding positioners and turning rolls through joint control interface. It can control the start and stop of positioners and turning rolls, etc. through controlled box.
9. With PLC controller, welding manipulator is capable of controlling ALC arc length tracker, TIG wire feeding device and welder tracker and so on.
