Rail Bound Welding Manipulator

Description
The standard collocation of rail bound welding manipulator (track welding manipulator) consists of manipulator host, manual cross-saddle, hanging welding head, hand control box and standard electrical control system which can control the boom up and down, boom stretching, welding start and stop and linkage of turning rolls and positioner. Besides, this welding equipment makes use of triangle guide rail and inverter control system.

Optional allocations of track welding manipulator are as follows: manual or electric rotation\swing mechanism, manual or pneumatic rotary locking mechanism, manual or electric traveltrucks, external PLC controller, manual or electric cross-saddle, welding seam tracking system, TIG wire feeding device, ALC arc length tracker, submerged arc welding head and controller.
