HB Series Single Column Welding Positioner

Performance Features
1. HB series single column welding positioners feature simple structure, good rigidity and high stability. They mainly match the use of various SAW (submerged arc welding) machines.
2. Such welder positioner adopts imported transducer to realize stepless regulation, which features wide speed range and stable operation.
3. Tilting of work table adopts gear worm reducer to keep constant-speed reversal within 120° with large turning torque, self-locking and reliable positioning.
4. The reversal of workbench is driven by AC motor with two-stage worm reducer. Thus, HB series single column welding positioners feature self lock function and reliable tilting.
5. The table is made through precision casting. There is a T-type groove and ring type position line on the top of the table, available for locating and clamping work pieces.
6. HB series single column welding positioners are allocated with manual control box, leading to convenient and flexible operation. Linkage interfaces are reserved in the electrical box, which can realize the connection and linkage operation mechanism and welding machines.
7. All machine bodies adopt seat-type structure that gives an integral reliability. Generally, they do not need to be fixed on the foundation, and are convenient to be moved.

Application
