Self Aligning Welding Turning Roll

Description
Self aligning welding rotator (self aligning welding turning roll) consists of one driving wheel rack and one driven rack. The turning rolls below 40 tons adopt helical-worm and cycloidal pin wheel decelerator, and over 40 tons adopt cycloidal pin wheel or helical-worm decelerator. Thus, adjustable welding turning rolls have compact structure, good appearance and high durability.

Advantages
1. Self aligning welding rotator adopts screw for step adjustment, available for changes of work piece diameter. They are simple in structure and economical and practical.
2. Adjustable welding turning rolls employ new type of rollers or wheels— one rubber wheel with two steel wheels. Thus, such self aligning welding rotator features large load capacity, strong driving and glue force.
3. Imported transducer is introduced to realize stepless speed regulation. Therefore, adjustable welding turning rolls have the feature of wide speed range, high precision and big starting moment.
4. Self aligning welding rotator makes use of control system with reserved linkage structure. They can be utilized together with manipulator and other outer equipment for on-line control. With remote control box, they are simple and reliable in operation.
