ALC-2 Arc Length Controller
ALC-2 arc length controller is an auxiliary equipment for TIG and PAW welding machine. Through the electric elevation control of torch, it can realize dynamic tracking and compensation for arc length to improve welding seam quality and enhance welding quality and productivity. Dynamic tracking arc pressure, tracking time and delicacy can be controlled.

GZQ-1 Welding Seam Tracker
Such welding manipulator accessory consists of sensor, controller and actuator. Mechanical probe touches work piece and collect vertical and horizontal variation signals of welding groove. Through controllers’ processing, operation and conversion, it can control vertical and horizontal movement of torch. Thus, the torch can be precisely positioned on track. Welding seam tracker can be applicable for TIG, MAG, MIG, SAW welding process and different weld joints. The system can be installed easily and quickly on special equipment such as semi-automatic welding manipulator and fits to various longitudinal and circumferential welding equipment. Different tracking model can be chosen for various weld joints (butt joint, lap joint and angle joint).

HBQ-60 Welding Oscillator
HBQ-60 welding oscillator is a universal welding assistant device with digital control, which can widen weld seam, improve weld seam quality and increase productivity. It is applicable for MIG, MAG and TIG welding process, suitable for angle welding and wide groove butt welding. It has inner manual control and remote-control function. 16 sets of oscillating parameters can be preset, such as left/right oscillating speed，left/right oscillating range, center position and left/center/right rest time.

Welding Seam Laser Indicator
A laser indicator consists of laser indicator head and control power supply, etc. Laser indicator head is installed in front of the welding gun, with high-luminance laser spot pointing to the seam center for observation. Its working distance is from 50 mm to 200 mm. And spot diameter is below 2 mm.

TV Monitor System
This system can directly display relative position of gun and seam on monitor through two cameras mounted on the head. A certain relative position may be kept by adjusting electric cross saddle to make the welding gun move upwards/downwards or leftwards/rightwards, so as to meet welding requirements between welding gun and weld seam in height and moving direction. TV monitor system mainly includes camera, regulation bracket, television display, camera power supply and closed circuit wire. Camera is installed in the welding head. Adjust the regulation bracket, and make the camera in alignment with the weld seam; then open monitor power switch and adjust focal distance and clear images will appear.

YS-FHS Series Separated Flux Recycling and Conveying Device
Separated flux recycling and conveying device is designed to separate structure of managing flux, as per the technology request of special welding manipulator and special welding machine. It is divided into two parts: recycling and dust removal unit and flux collecting and conveying unit. YS-FHS series separated flux recycling and conveying device could be located on the platform or ground separately through combination and collection from the tube to the front end of the flux nozzle. This device has strong combination agility, wide applicable range and can meet long distance and low position operation request. According to customers’ request, simple controller, relay controller or PLC programming controller can be chosen.

YS-GHS Series Suspended Flux Recycling and Conveying Device
Suspended flux recycling and conveying device is a kind of new flux managing equipment, designed for the column and boom or other customized submerged arc welding machine.
Combining flux recycling and conveying unit is connected to the flux nozzle and hopper on the other end of the boom through stainless tube on the side of boom. To meet new air environment requirement, inner dust filtration part is made from imported material with high efficiency to keep the exit from dust and to provide a good work environment for operator. Considering technology and specialty request of welding manipulator, this device adopts inner suspended pump damping mechanism to avoid trembling disturb to the special manipulator. Near control and remote control are available. Remote control can be connected on this device’s linkage. When in operation, customers’ instruction can be realized through the inner aptitude relay.
