Welding Production Line for Transmission Shaft

Description
Welding production line for transmission shaft (transmission shaft welding line) consists of four processes—transmission shaft press-mounting, manual straightening (before welding), automatic twin circumferential seams welding and automatic straightening (after welding) process.

Process equipment
1. Manual Straightening Machine before Welding
In transmission shaft welding line, this equipment makes use of manual straightening method, horizontal structure and pneumatic moving device for dial indicator. Work pieces can rotate.

2. Automatic Double Circumferential Seam Welding Machine of Transmission Shaft
This automatic welding machine adopts MAG welding process, pneumatic fixture and closed structure. It features good rigidity and can deliver the work pieces to transmission line through conveyors. Two working modes are available: on-line mode and off-line automatic welding mode.
