Fuel Tank Welding Producion Line
Description
Fuel tank welding equipment is widely used in metal processing manufacturing industry, such as automobile industry, motorcycle, hardware, household appliances and thin-wall container making industry, etc. Fuel tank welding producion line is mainly composed of DZ-40 and DZ-100 DC spot welder, TZ-3×80, TZ-3×160 and TZ-3×125 three phase secondary rectifier projection welder, DN2-30X integrated suspending spot welding machine, DN2-30X integrated suspending spot welder, FZA-200H fuel tank exploratory seam welding machine and fuel tank welding robotic welding system.
Fuel Tank Welding Equipment
1. DZ-40 DC Spot Welder
It is composed of frame, transformer, and high-power rectifier, welding controller, electrical mounting plate, foot switch, gate, pneumatic system and water system. It is an electromechanical DC spot welding machine, which can precisely control the welding process with stable welding quality. It is mainly used to weld limit hook of fuel tank upper shell and clapboard.

2. DZ-100 DC spot welder
This fuel tank welding equipment is constituted by frame, transformer, combined rectifier, bracket, pneumatic transmission mechanism, electrical mounting plate, control box, foot switch, pneumatic system and water system, etc. DZ-100 DC spot welder is mainly applicable for welding lower shell.

3. TZ-3×80 Three Phase Secondary Rectifier Projection Welder
The electromechanical welder adopts three-pulse RS weld controller. This fuel tank welding equipment is composed of frame, transformer, secondary rectifier, pneumatic transmission mechanism, welding controller, secondary voltage adjusting plate, foot switch, gate, pneumatic system, water system, etc. It is mainly applied to weld upper shell of fuel tank (4 spots).

4. TZ-3×125 Three Phase Secondary Rectifier Projection Welder
This fuel tank welding equipment consists of frame, transformer, secondary rectifier set, pneumatic transmission mechanism, welding controller, secondary voltage adjusting plate, foot switch, gate, pneumatic system, water system, and so on. It makes use of three-pulse RS weld controller which precisely controls the welding process with stable welding quality. TZ-3×125 three phase secondary rectifier projection welder mainly used to weld upper shell of fuel tank (7 spots).

5. DN2-30X Integrated Suspending Spot Welder
This fuel tank welding equipment is light and flexible, composed of transformer, electrode holder, pneumatic transmission mechanism, water system and rotary frame. Besides, it is also equipped with a control box to control the welding process. It is mainly employed to weld and join the upper and lower shell.

6. DN2-30X Integrated Suspending Spot Welder (Reinforcing Plate Welding)
This fuel tank welding equipment is primarily utilized to weld reinforcing plate. It is equipped with welding transformer, electrode holder, pneumatic transmission mechanism, water system and rotary frame. In addition, a control box is mounted on the spot welder to control the welding process. And it features light weight and flexibility.
7. FZA-200H Fuel Tank Surrounding Seam Welding Machine
This fuel tank welding equipment is made up of frame, bracket, cylinder, guide rail, upper/lower electrode, electrode drive, transformer, rectifier diode, transducer, drive mechanism, universal joint, class adjusting plate, electrical mounting plate, and controller, operate box, pneumatic system, water cooling system, etc. This seam welder is mainly used to join the upper and lower shell of fuel tank. It adopts single phase full wave rectifier principle and rectifies the commutation diode on the secondary loop and then transforms the AC to DC, finally heat and weld the work piece. Besides, this fuel tank welding equipment has high power factor with high welding quality.
8. Oil Tank Welding Robotic Welding System
This fuel tank welding equipment is mainly used to the automatically circumferential welding of air pipe, oil filling pipe of the mini automobiles. The fixed sitting robot and the weld positioner adopt H type double tooling parallel layout. Such weld tooling is composed of a set of jigs fixed platform and weld tooling jig. Besides, the fuel tank robotic welding system adopts a set of fixed seat type robot, two sets of weld jig platform and two sets of weld jigs (one set of air pipe and one set of oil filling pipe). When the robot is adopted for double station welding, the two stations can process pre-welding. One station carries out welding, while the other handles the work pieces, which greatly improves robot usage rate and productivity. In addition, PLC and touch screen are employed to control the welding process and set parameters according to clients’ drawing.
