TallKee provides a welding production line for aluminum alloy fuel tank to weld tank shells in automobile industry. The line is composed of six process equipment—special longitudinal seam welding machine for tank shell, circumferential seam welding equipment for oil pipes (inlet/outlet), press-mounting machine of baffle, press-mounting machine of end cap, circumferential seam welding machine for welding end cap of tank shell and leakage test equipment for fuel tank.

1. Special Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine for Tank Shell
This seam welding equipment employs MIG welding process, double pulse MIG digitization welding source, trolley connected with conveyor for loading and unloading, finger clamps, linear motion for welding and longitudinal seam welding. And the efficient length is 1500/2000 mm (optional).

2. Circumferential Seam Welding Equipment of Oil Pipes (Inlet/Outlet) of Tank Shell
In the welding production line for aluminum alloy fuel tank, it consists of two methods. Method one is a special circumferential seam welding machine for welding inlet\outlet oil pipe on circular\quadrate oil tank, equipped with pneumatic fixture for rotary work pieces and rotary torch. Method two is a kind of robot welding station for welding inlet\outlet oil pipe on circular\quadrate oil tank, installed with automatic welding equipment and pneumatic fixture for rotary work piece.

6. Leakage Test Equipment for Fuel Tank
In the welding production line for fuel tank, it adopts artificial water plugging, lifting and manual rotating to test the leakage of work pieces.
