HGT-3C Precision Welding Lathe
Description
HGT-3C precision welding lathe is kind of desktop welding machines which can effectively carry out longitudinal automatic seam welding process. This longitudinal seam welding lathe is mainly composed of welding host and KZ3-CII controller. Besides, precision welding machine adopts section construction and horizontal desktop structure. HGT-3C precision welding lathe is mainly used for precision welding of instrument, corrugated pipes, medical and electron components.
Performance Features of Precision Welding Lathe
1. The distance of guide rail column, tailstock and prow is adjustable.
2. Rotary prow is driven by DC gear motor. Besides, precision welding machine is equipped with welding current detector switch.
3. The piston motion of tailstock adopts manual feeding method. And the piston pin is allocated with follow-up top.
4. Precision welding lathe (longitudinal seam welding lathe) is equipped with welding blowpipe three-dimensional regulating mechanism for manually adjusting initial welding positions. In addition, pneumatic hoisting mechanism is mounted so as to realize welding blowpipe automatically lifting.
5. Welding blowpipe travel mechanism is mounted on the back of lathe bed, applicable for welding torch moving around and automatic longitudinal seam welding.
Welding Process and Mode
Locating Method for Work Pieces:
The welding blowpipe is settled. The work piece rotates.
Welding Process:
Precision welding lathe or precision welding machine can be allocated with argon welder (with filler rod or not), gas metal arc welding machine (co2/mag/mig welder), plasma welding lathe and other welding sources. They form a set of circumferential and longitudinal automatic seam welding system.
