Vertical circumferential seam welding lathe or vertical circular seam welder consists of rotary prow, rectangular upright stand, welding blowpipe pneumatic hoisting mechanism, manual three-dimensional regulating mechanism and main controller. This vertical seam welder makes use of section construction, leading to convenient collocation and installation and good mobility. Therefore, installed with proper welding power source, vertical circular seam welder can be used to conduct various automatic circumferential welding, such as girth welding for pipes, plates and flange work pieces, etc.

Classification
This type of vertical seam welder can be divided into HF-300L vertical circular seam welder and HF-300LY vertical pressure type circumferential welding lathe.

Performance Features
1. Manual three-jaw chuck is mounted on rotary prow, applicable for large range of work piece. Besides, it features good universality.
2. Rotary prow can steplessly turn itself into the following angles, such as 0º, 30º, 45º, 60º and 90º.
3. Rotary prow is driven by DC gear motor. It employs stepless speed adjustment and is equipped with welding current detector switch.
4. This kind of vertical seam welder is mounted with welding torch three-dimensional regulating mechanism in order to manually regulate initial welding position. In addition, vertical circular seam welder is equipped with pneumatic hoisting mechanism used to lift and drop welding torch.
5. Vertical circumferential seam welding lathe adopts PLC control system and humanized human-machine operation interface. Therefore, it is characterized by high automation and stable and reliable performance.
