HBQ-60-ⅡTorch Oscillator

Description
As a kind of auxiliary welding machine, HBQ-60-Ⅱ torch oscillator system can move the welding blowpipe from side to side in welding seam direction. Such linear welding oscillator can increase the seam width, improve seam formation and increase productivity. It is suitable for swinging MIG/MAG and TIG welding blowpipe. And oscillator power box, torch and torch holder are optional. Sixteen groups of oscillation parameters can be preset. HBQ-60-Ⅱtorch oscillator system (linear welding oscillator) adopts internal manual control and automatic remote interface control. Parameters like left\right swing speed, left\right swing range, centering range and left\right time range, etc. can realize program control.

Main Structure and Features
1. HBQ-60-Ⅱtorch oscillator system is mainly composed of oscillator and controller (see picture two).
2. Linear welding oscillator consists of imported three phase stepping motor and sliding plate. And the sliding plate adopts rolling guide and ball screw vice transmission, making the welding blowpipe swing with stability, quick oscillation frequency response and long mechanical life. It employs microcontroller to conduct process control. LCD (liquid crystal display) player is utilized to regulate parameters. The microcontroller takes control of output pulse and drives the stepping motor through stepping motor driver.
3. HBQ-60-Ⅱtorch oscillator or linear welding oscillator adopts manual start-stop control.
