Water Heater Tank Production Line
Description
Established in 2002, TallKee Technology is one of the biggest suppliers of water heater tank production line in China. We are specialized in automatic welding production line, circumferential seam welding lathe, welding manipulator, welding robot system, etc. Besides, we are engaged in supplying automatic welding equipment for water heater tank pipe, for end cap pipe and end cap clasp, circumferential seam welding machine with two torches, (hanging bracket) stand welding machine, flange welding machine for end cap, water heater tank leak detection machine, pneumatic tube system, circumferential welding machine for water heater in the kitchen and leak detection equipment for water heater in the kitchen.
1. Straight Seam Planisher for Water Heater Tank
In water heater tank production line, it is designed with C shaped structure, with the tank entering from the front and exiting from the back. Such welding equipment can roll the welding seam, eliminate crater so as to improve mechanical property of welding seam and make the welding joint smooth. The roll welding speed is 20 times as fast as that of grinding machine. Besides, automatic feeding and discharging devices and grinding head are optional. It is suitable for SAW filaments submerged arc welding, MAG gas metal arc welding, PAW plasma welding and TIG argon tungsten arc welding.
2. Automatic Welding Equipment for Water Heater Tank
In water heater tank production line, it fixes work pieces and makes good use of welding gun for rotary welding. It is equipped with single wrap rotary head, lateral movement mechanism with two water pipes welded through automatic displacement. It also has pneumatic lifting mechanism. In addition, this automatic welding equipment can be installed with double gun synchronous welding system, which can carry out synchronous welding process. Auxiliary feeding and discharging equipment and welding spark protection device are optional. Optional welding techniques are as follows:
1) MAG Gas Metal Arc Welding (Welding Speed: 0.8 to 1.5 m/min)
2) TIG Argon Tungsten Arc Welding (Welding Speed: 0.4 to 0.6 m/min).
3. Circumferential Seam Welding Machine with Two Torches for Water Heater Tank
In water heater tank production line, work pieces rotate continuously to be welded by the fixed welding torch of this welding equipment. It is mounted with special positioning and clamping device. Manual or electric regulation for distance between machine head and tailstock is available. Automatic feeding and discharging devices, automatic tracking system and welding spark protection device are optional. Applicable welding techniques are as follows:
1) MAG Gas Metal Arc Welding (Welding Speed: 0.8 to 1.8 m/min)
2) TIG Argon Tungsten Arc Welding (Welding Speed: 0.4 to 0.6 m/min)
4. (Hanging Bracket) Stand Welding Equipment for Water Tank
In water heater tank production line, it utilizes fixed work pieces. Two welding torches are used to carry out synchronous straight welding process. AC servo motor drives welding torch to move. Many options are available, such as 4 welding torch modes, welding sprak protection device and automatic shifting manipulator for racks, etc. In addition, MAG gas metal arc welding process can be adopted, whose welding speed is from 0.8 to 1.5 m\min.
5. Flange Welding Machine for End Cap of Water Heater Tank
In water heater tank production line, work pieces rotate continuously to be welded by the fixed welding torch of this welding equipment. Special positioning device for end cap and pneumatic hold-down mechanism are mounted. Besides, automatic feeding and discharging device and welding spark protection equipment are optional. MAG gas metal arc welding, whose welding speed is from 0.8 to 1.8 m\min, is utilized as the welding technique.
6. Welding Equipment for End Cap Pipe of Water Heater Tank
In water heater tank production line, it employs fixed workpieces and carries out rotary welding by welding torch. Lateral movement mechanism, together with pneumatic lifting mechanism for machine head can weld two water pipes through automatic displacement. Besides, profile modeling or NC profiling system can be adopted to weld water pipes. Double gun synchronous welding system is optional for synchronous welding with two welding torches. In addition, four-station mechanism for the host and welding spark protection equipment can be mounted on the welding equipment. Two kinds of welding techniques are available, such as MAG gas metal arc welding with the speed from 0.8 to 1.5 m\min, and TIG argon tungsten arc welding, the speed of which is from 0.4 to 0.6 m\min.
7. Welding Equipment for End Cap Clasp of Water Heater Tank
In water heater tank production line, it uses fixed workpieces and adopts welding torch to process straight line welding. Positioning jigs for end caps and craft hanger are mounted on the machine. Besides, pneumatic hold-down mechanism and welding torch traveling mechanism are employed. In addition, it can be matched with automatic feeding and discharging device and welding spark protection equipment. MAG gas metal arc welding, the speed of which is from 0.8 to 1.8 m\min, can be adopted as its main welding technique.
8. Water Heater Tank Leak Detection Machine
The inner tank is filled with compressed air and then sinks into water. Observe the leak condition and make marks. It adopts stainless steel sink with bulletproof glass and pneumatic leaking stoppage device. In water heater tank production line, automatic feeding and discharging equipments with transferring mechanical manipulator is optional for this testing machine. Besides, automatic leaking stoppage device and electrical rotary apparatus for inner tank are optional.
9. Pneumatic Tube System for Water Heater Tank
In water heater tank production line, it depends on inner tank type, meter, configuration and automation requirements. The whole system consists of edge rolling, flaring, fitting up and leak testing device, welding equipment and power distribution system. It adopts on-line or off-line mode.
10. Circumferential Welding Machine for Water Heater in the Kitchen
In water heater tank production line, work pieces rotate continuously to be welded by the fixed welding torch of this welding equipment. It is equipped with special positioning and clamping devices. Automatic feeding and discharging device can be employed. In addition, circumferential welding machine can be installed with welding seam automatic tracking system and welding spark protection apparatus. MAG gas metal arc welding with the speed from 0.8 to 1.8 m\min, serves as the main welding technique.
11. Leak Detection Equipment for Water Heater in the Kitchen
The inner tank is filled with compressed air and then sinks into water. Observe the leak condition manually and make marks.
