CMOS Laser Positioning System
Description
CMOS laser positioning system or laser positioning device adopts CMOS laser displacement sensor technology and triangle measuring principle. If the location of object target changes, the light position will change. Addendum modification can be detected through detecting the light position so as to find the actual seam welding location.
This laser positioning device consists of light source collection parts, sensor image acquisition card, testing platform, instruction transformation platform and welding system. Light source collection parts of laser positioning system are connected with sensor image acquisition card. The front of testing platform is linked with the image acquisition card and the end part is connected with instruction transformation platform and the robotic welding system is linked with the platform.
