Robotic welding machine is widely used in aerospace engineering. It can be used to weld aluminum alloy cylinder. This robotic welding system adopts half-enclosed structure. Besides, it is configured with Germany KUKA robot system and Fronius TIG welding power source and automatic wire feeding system. Equipped with biax welding positioner, the shaft can rotate between 0° to 90°. Thus, robotic welding machine is easy to handle work pieces and carries out seam welding in horizontal level. Rotating shaft is linked with robot, which realizes automatic welding process. Besides, this robotic welding system or robotic welding machine is mounted with self-centering device and trolley bracket, it can process work pieces with different lengths.
